APO Recommendation #2025–2338, Officer Henry Guerra

In response to the complaint alleging unprofessional behavior by Officer Henry Guerra, Austin Police Oversight (APO) found that Officer Guerra responded to reports of a woman screaming but failed to properly investigate, allowing a man to leave without identifying him and failing to determine whether a crime had occurred. He admitted to discourteous behavior and partial neglect of duty. APO recommends that Officer Guerra be given a written reprimand.
