Based on participation in the internal investigation into Officers Keston Campbell (AP7203), Nicholas LaBarbera (AP8923), and Artur Markov (AP9946) regarding an officer involved shooting that occurred on March 1, 2026, APO recommends exoneration for each officer and administrative closure of the case.
