Based on APO's participation in the Internal Affairs investigation into alleged police misconduct involving Officer Stephen Davis (AP9929) and Officer Peter Roldan (AP10043) in Case No. 2026‑00624. APO concurs with the chain of command’s recommendation of unfounded for the alleged violations of GO 301.2 (Impartial Attitude and Courtesy), GO 328 (Racial or Bias‑Based Profiling), and GO 342.9 (Traffic Enforcement – Uniform Traffic Enforcement Chart).
