Based on APO's participation in the Internal Affairs investigation into alleged police misconduct involving Detectives Jonathan Bynum (AP5611) and Michael Thomas (AP5198), APO concurs with the chain of command's recommendation of unfounded for the alleged violations of policies regarding customer service, community relations and recovering stolen vehicles.
