Plaintiff Dorothy C. Motley submitted this lawsuit on behalf of all wrongful death beneficiaries of Anthony Marquis Franklin against Austin Police Officers Kelby Radford, Ryan Rawlins, and Jacob Bowman for the alleged wrongful death of Anthony Marquis Franklin.
