In the April 15, 2021 memo “Resolution No. 20200611-095 – Redefining ‘Resistance’ and Considering Alternative Tactics and Tools to Prevent the Need for Lethal and Less-Lethal Munitions” by the Office of Police Oversight, the tables appearing in Appendix D and Appendix E are incorrect. The affected tables have also been corrected in the full version of the memo. The corrected memo is available here.
