Clean Lady Bird Lake

Hello Volunteers! Join Keep Austin Beautiful and help us kick off summer with a lake cleanup on Saturday, August 1st! Since 2009, Keep Austin Beautiful has organized large-scale cleanups of Lady Bird Lake every other month. We train volunteer leaders to conduct cleanups at multiple locations along the shoreline and on the water. We are looking forward to everyone participating in our Clean Lady Bird Lake program!

Event Details -

• Things to Bring: A FULL bottle of water, a snack, and sunscreen is highly recommended.
• Youth Volunteers: All volunteers under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must register and attend with the youth volunteer. Independent registrations submitted by minors are not permitted.
• Pet Policy: For safety and liability reasons, pets are not permitted at volunteer events. Service animals are welcome.

If you are not able to attend, please cancel your shift as soon as possible to allow for other volunteers to have a spot at the cleanup.
