Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Service Agreement with the City to fund the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Austin Housing Finance Corporation Capital Budget in the amount of $15,000,000 that will be used for the housing developer assistance and home repair programs.
