- Help with common breastfeeding challenges
They offer encouragement, practical tips, and understanding from someone who has been there.
International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs)
IBCLCs are healthcare professionals with advanced training and certification in breastfeeding and lactation care. They provide expert support in both routine and complex situations.
IBCLCs help:
- Improve breastfeeding outcomes
- Address high-risk or medically complex situations
- Support families through challenging feeding concerns
Access to IBCLCs has been shown to increase breastfeeding rates and improve health outcomes for babies, mothers, and communities.
