How to submit a dispute
Write a letter to the Claims Division
You must send this letter within 30 days of receiving the bill.
In your letter, include:
- Claim file number
- Address where the damage occurred
- Date of the damage
- Description of the event and why you dispute the claim
- Supporting documents (e.g., photos, invoices, reports)
