If you receive a citation or have a case filed with the City of Austin Municipal Court, you can look up the case details, pay fines, fees, and court costs, request a deferral, a hearing, or a dismissal.
If you receive a citation for a civil parking violation, you can look up the case details, pay associated fines, fees, and court costs, or request a court hearing online. You must contact Austin Municipal Court to resolve the citation by the date listed on the citation, or you will be found liable by law, and the fine increases. Three or more unresolved civil parking citations can result in your car being booted and/or towed.
