The Austin Water Strategic Plan is a roadmap shaped by the voices, ideas, and experiences from our employees, customers, partners, and community members.  

As Austin continues to grow and change, our mission remains the same: "To provide water for people and care for the environment.” This plan strengthens that mission and charts a clear path toward the future, one defined by reliability, stewardship, innovation, and the collective commitment of every team across Austin Water.
