  • Neighborhood NO PARKING restrictions are in effect.  Signed “no parking areas” are actively enforced on event day(s).

PARK ACCESS, IMPACTS, ALTERNATIVE USE AREAS & ALERTS:

Great Lawn Access: OPEN - The upper field areas remains open throughout the remainder of the year for public access and does not close. Free public parking daily south of Barton Springs Rd available until the nightly road closures.

Barton Springs Pool, Playscape, Disc Golf Course, and Violet Crown Trail/Barton Creek Greenbelt Access: Open at all times throughout the event.

• Amplified sound has been permitted at this event 5 pm - 10 pm.
• Park Access:  Partially open - less than 1/2 of park space used by event. Half of the event nights are free at the gate - see event website for details.
• Park road parking lots south of Barton Springs Road close at 4 pm daily.
• Park parking lots along Azie Morton Rd remain open on all event nights. 

Park Vehicle Access

• Pre-paid parking on site is required for Trail of Lights on all nights - There are no drive-up parking sales
• There is NO drive-up access to the Zilker Holiday Tree during Trail of Lights event nights due to road closures.
