Adult Ballet Class

Make this your year by learning ballet at the Carver Museum and Cultural Center! In partnership with ATX Artists for Social Impact and Capital Contemporary Ballet, this free, adult dance class provides accessible dance training open to all abilities, and backgrounds, led by professional instructors. Whether you're a seasoned professional, returning to a childhood passion, or stepping into the studio for the first time, the Carver invites adults 18 and up, into a healthy, safe, and body-positive environment to receive high-quality training at no cost. Classes will be held on Tuesdays, October 13, 2026 through March 30, 2027 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. This weekly program includes a year-long course and spring community showcase.

This adult ballet program is accepting a maximum of 15 students available to join us for the year. Drop-in spots will be available based on capacity.
