Join us for an afternoon of connection, reflection, and sisterhood.

The George Washington Carver Museum proudly presents this month's Create & Heal: The Art of Sisterhood, an intergenerational gathering designed to honor, uplift, and celebrate Black women across Central Texas.

Taking place Saturday, May 16th from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, this enriching experience will create space for meaningful dialogue centered on the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of African American women. Through heartfelt conversation and shared wisdom, attendees will engage in discussions that affirm identity, nurture healing, and inspire collective growth.

The program will feature a selection of powerful local voices who will speak to topics rooted in empowerment, resilience, and holistic wellness. Guests will enjoy light refreshments in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Attendees are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the occasion by dressing in high tea attire, adding a touch of grace and celebration to this intentional gathering.
