Join us for the kickoff of A Night at the Museum, a new community series at the Carver Museum, on Thursday, July 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This inaugural event will spotlight the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) – Central Texas Chapter, an organization dedicated to advancing excellence in public service by connecting public and private sector leaders and supporting the professional growth of current and aspiring public administrators. The evening will also include a special recognition honoring Dusty for his years of service as a past Chapter President and Board Member as he celebrates his retirement. Spend the evening networking with community leaders, celebrating the organizations and individuals making a difference across Central Texas, and recognizing the importance of preserving our history, culture, and community through art and public service. The evening will also feature a special performance by Chris Teagues, a talented local singer and saxophonist, whose music will provide the perfect backdrop for an inspiring and memorable evening. Whether you're interested in public service, community engagement, or the arts, we invite you to join us for an evening of connection, culture, and celebration.
