A key component to the success of the COS Study was to conduct a transparent and comprehensive customer class and public involvement process. All customers were encouraged to attend public meetings and/or submit questions and comments. The goal of the process was to provide each customer class a forum to review and assess the cost of service process, and provide valuable input and recommendations to the Austin Water Executive Team.
