- The FY 23-24 City of Austin budget includes this ACE fee schedule.
- Review the Event Planning Guide Overview and the ACE Special Event Application How-To Guide before you begin filling out the Special Event Application.
- If your preferred venue is a City of Austin park property, contact PARD staff at email@example.com before submitting an ACE application to verify that the space is available and appropriate.

Once an ACE application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by ACE staff and designated into one of four tiers.
Deadlines for final Approval or Denial of Application:
Tier 1 = close of business, 1 business day before event
Tier 2 = 30 calendar days after application is deemed complete
Tier 3 and Tier 4 =
Preliminary approval or denial of application due within 10 business days of receiving application
Final approval or denial of application due 30 calendar days before event
