We recently announced the completion of new multi-year Airline Use and Lease Agreements and Signatory Cargo Agreements, establishing the financial and operational framework for how passenger airlines and cargo companies will operate at AUS for the next decade. These milestone agreements will support ongoing operations and fund the airport’s major expansion and development, including the construction of 32 new airline gates.
 
The finalized use-and-lease agreements ensure that airlines and cargo companies commit to funding their proportional share of these projects, thereby supporting the airport’s ability to deliver projects that expand capacity, strengthen resiliency, and improve passenger experience.

Last, but certainly not least, we already have announced 5 new nonstop destinations and 7 new nonstop services for 2026.✈️
