AUSTIN, TEXAS – Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) passenger traffic growth for April 2025 was down 6.43% compared to April 2024 with 1,755,290 passengers flying during the month.

Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for April 2025 was 1,755,290, down 6.43% compared to April 2024. April 2025 enplanements totaled 887,601, down 6.51%.
Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 735,021, down 8.6%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 302,647, up 9%; American Airlines passengers totaled 298,579, down 19.3%; United Airlines passengers totaled 215,157, up 2.3%; Alaska Airlines passengers totaled 49,195, down 26.4%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 44,812, up 212.9%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 27,738, down 8.3%; British Airways passengers totaled 21,726, up 28.9%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 14,662, down 45.9%; Aeromexico passengers totaled 8,160, up 57.2%; Lufthansa passengers totaled 8,062, up 27.9%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 7,641, down 63.8%; Air Canada passengers totaled 7,187, up 2.7%; KLM Royal Dutch Airlines passengers totaled 5,555, down 14.9%; Copa Airlines passengers totaled 4,445, down 6.8%; VivaAerobus passengers totaled 3,542, up 31.5%; Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 765, down 10.2%; and TUI Airways totaled 396.
April 2025 air cargo totaled 23,886,496 lbs., down 9.64% compared to April 2024.
International air cargo totaled 3,607,256 lbs., down 5.05%.
Air Transport International carried 9,097,142 lbs., up 13.4%; Federal Express carried 4,034,858 lbs., down 41.6%; United Parcel Services carried 2,800,397 lbs., up 19.4%; and Sun Country Airlines carried 1,778,221 lbs., up 18.7%.
Air Services transferred 36,961 lbs. of mail, up 21.34%; and 3,406,809 lbs. of belly freight, down 3.76%.
Aircraft Operations: General Aviation operations totaled 3,757, down 2.67%. Combined operations (including commercial and military) totaled 22,377, down 1.39%.

Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for January – April 2025 was 6,379,258, down 5.36% compared to January – April 2024. January – April 2025 enplanements totaled 3,178,684, down 5.22%.
Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 2,653,701, down 6.6%; American Airlines passengers totaled 1,112,203, down 22.9%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 1,026,881, up 13.7%; United Airlines passengers totaled 847,312, up 4.5%; Alaska Airlines passengers totaled 202,342, down 15.7%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 138,187, up 315.2%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 102,252, down 8.7%; British Airways passengers totaled 68,035, up 15.6%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 48,436, down 44.4%; Aeromexico passengers totaled 32,552, up 61.2%; Air Canada passengers totaled 26,007, up 11.5%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 25,747, down 67.8%; Lufthansa passengers totaled 22,989, up 10.3%; KLM Royal Dutch Airlines passengers totaled 21,482, up 1.4%; Copa Airlines passengers totaled 20,557, up 14.8%; VivaAerobus passengers totaled 13,415, up 262.4%; Hawaiian Airlines passengers totaled 12,924, down 28.7%; Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 3,840, down 20%; and TUI Airways passengers totaled 396.

International air cargo totaled 10,686,805 lbs., up 9.09%.
Air Transport International carried 32,767,199 lbs., down 0.5%; Federal Express carried 15,209,107 lbs., down 40.8%; United Parcel Services carried 9,926,112 lbs., up 6%; Sun Country Airlines carried 6,891,864 lbs., up 22.7%; and Atlas Air carried 4,954,051 lbs., down 29.1%.
Air Services transferred 37,805 lbs. of mail, down 90.64%; and 12,440,394 lbs. of belly freight, down 3.89%.
Aircraft Operations: General Aviation operations totaled 14,157 for January – April 2025, down 1.58%. Combined operations (including commercial and military) totaled 82,434, down 2.12%.
