AUSTIN, TEXAS – Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) passenger traffic growth for February 2025 was down 6.09% compared to February 2024 with 1,375,821 passengers flying during the month.

 Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for February 2025 was 1,375,821, down 6.09% compared to February 2024. February 2025 enplanements totaled 687,154, down 5.89%.

Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 576,690, down 5.6%; American Airlines passengers totaled 248,882, down 24.1%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 215,063, up 15.1%; United Airlines passengers totaled 192,527, up 5%; Alaska Airlines passengers totaled 42,841, down 24.6%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 23,133, up 481.8%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 18,202, down 21.4%; British Airways passengers totaled 13,558, up 18.5%; Aeromexico passengers totaled 7,399, up 58.1%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 6,539, down 55.2%; Air Canada passengers totaled 6,241, up 10.8%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 4,557, down 73.7%; %; KLM Royal Dutch Airlines passengers totaled 4,550, up 14.6%; Copa Airlines passengers totaled 4,364, up 3%; Lufthansa passengers totaled 3,789, down 10.9; Hawaiian Airlines passengers totaled 3,600, down 23.8%; Viva Aerobus passengers totaled 2,970; and Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 916, down 20.6%.

February 2025 Air Cargo totaled 19,791,691 lbs., down 18.21% compared to February 2024.

International Air Cargo totaled 2,114,065 lbs., down 2.04%.

Air Transport International carried 7,120,481 lbs., down 14.7%; Federal Express carried 3,383,643 lbs., down 47.7%; United Parcel Services carried 2,302,389 lbs., up 2.4%; Sun Country Airlines carried 1,688,695 lbs., up 23.1%; and Atlas Air carried 1,333,425 lbs., down 9.8%.

Air Services transferred 172 lb. of mail, down 99.88%; and 2,968,946 lbs. of belly freight, down 8.8%.

Aircraft Operations: General Aviation operations totaled 3,263, down 7.27%. Combined operations (including commercial and military) totaled 18,437, down 3.47%.
January – February 2025
 Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for January – February 2025 was 2,772,660, down 5.96% compared to January – February 2024. January – February 2025 enplanements totaled 1,370,039, down 5.89%.

Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 1,141,389, down 6.1%; American Airlines passengers totaled 511,662, down 25.8%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 427,076, up 14.2%; United Airlines passengers totaled 388,463, up 7.1%; Alaska Airlines passengers totaled 93,642, down 11.1%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 44,871, up 469.8%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 38,665, down 17.9%; British Airways passengers totaled 27,648, up 14.4%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 18,406, down 40.2%; Aeromexico passengers totaled 15,446, up 61%; Air Canada passengers totaled 11,569, up 21.7%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 10,235, down 70.8%; Copa Airlines passengers totaled 9,623, up 15.4%; KLM Royal Dutch Airlines passengers totaled 9,111, up 6.4%; Hawaiian Airlines passengers totaled 8,518, up 2.1%; Lufthansa passengers totaled 8,319, down 6.2%; Viva Aerobus passengers totaled 6,347; and Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 1,670, down 5.6%.

January – February 2025 Air Cargo totaled 40,137,961 lbs., down 15.24% compared to January – February 2024.

International Air Cargo totaled 3,538,445 lbs., down 3.86%.

Air Transport International carried 14,891,979 lbs., down 10.8%; Federal Express carried 7,156,102 lbs., down 39.7%; United Parcel Services carried 4,733,729 lbs., up 1%; Sun Country Airlines carried 3,171,465 lbs., up 19.9%; and Atlas Air carried 2,744,273 lbs., down 23.9%.

Air Services transferred 586 lbs. of mail, down 99.82%; and 5,524,025 lbs. of belly freight, down 6.56%.

Aircraft Operations: General Aviation operations totaled 6,569 for January – February 2025, up 0.55%. Combined operations (including commercial and military) totaled 37,414, down 3.61%.
