AUSTIN, Texas – Today, Frontier Airlines announced an expansion of their presence at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) with four new nonstop flights scheduled to service Central Texas travelers starting in March 2025. Frontier will add to its existing AUS nonstop flights with new service to Orlando (MCO), Chicago (ORD), Cincinnati (CVG) and Phoenix (PHX).

With these new routes, Frontier will serve eight destinations from AUS with its all-Airbus fleet of aircraft. To celebrate, the airline is offering fares as low as $49* to Discount Den members, available at FlyFrontier.com.

“It’s fantastic to see our partners at Frontier expand their offerings to AUS customers,” said Ghizlane Badawi, AUS CEO. “Providing ultra low-cost nonstop flights to our community plays an important role in giving options to travelers and making air travel accessible for Central Texans.”

“We can’t wait to begin 2025 with further growth at AUS, a key destination in Frontier’s expansive network,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design, Frontier Airlines. “With ultra low-cost travel options to even more of the nation’s top destinations, consumers in the greater Austin area will enjoy Frontier’s affordability and convenience as they plan their spring and summer travel.”

Frontier Airlines operates from the AUS south terminal facility, which is separate from the main Barbara Jordan Terminal. Leading up to the closure of the facility in early 2026 to make way for new midfield taxiways, Frontier and Allegiant will relocate operations to the main Barbara Jordan Terminal. AUS looks forward to providing all AUS customers with a comfortable and safe airport journey that provides an authentic Austin and Central Texas experience to all travelers, no matter which airline they fly.
