Forms are organized by program area. All completed Water Protection forms, except Test and Maintenance Reports, should be submitted by email to awcrossconnection@austintexas.gov or by mail to:

Test and Maintenance Reports must be submitted through the WEIRS database. Paper copies are no longer accepted unless specifically approved by a Water Protection Specialist.
