Owned and operated by the City of Austin, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is one of the fastest-growing airports in the United States. Austin-Bergstrom is also an economic engine in Central Texas, supplying over 74,000 direct and indirect jobs in the Central Texas region.

Terminals

Allegiant & Frontier travelers are encouraged to park on-site in the South Terminal's parking lot.   There is a shuttle bus service between the South Terminal and Barbara Jordan Terminal. Pick up & drop off is every 20 minutes.

All airlines except Allegiant and Frontier operate from the main Barbara Jordan Terminal. Allegiant & Frontier travelers are encouraged to park on-site in the South Terminal's parking lot. The Barbara Jordan Terminal is located at 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719.

The South Terminal is located at 10000 Logistics Ln, Austin, TX 78719. 


Lost and Found 

AUS has a Lost and Found to help unite travelers with their items left behind in the terminal, parking lots or garages. 

To report a lost item, please complete the Lost Item Report Form: Lost Item Form

AUS lost and found department is located in Baggage Claim behind Carousel 1, on the right wall.

Open 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

For items left at the TSA security checkpoint, contact TSA Lost and Found at 512-386-2015.

For items left on the plane or lost checked luggage, please contact your airline.

Our role as the Department of Aviation is to oversee and manage all airport operations, development, airline and aviation industry relationships, finances and external affairs.

AUS 2040 Master Plan

Airports use master plans to take a comprehensive look at the airport facility, the airport's operations, the airport's existing infrastructure, and passenger forecasts to identify future development. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport finalized its own 20-year plan in 2019.
